Tiek Johnson is a doula, advocate, and creative. After working in the social services field supporting local artists and unhoused individuals for years. Tiek was drawn to reproductive justice after having a traumatic experience with the birth of her child.Tiek believes that we can solve 90% of the world’s problems if we uplift the Earth and the marginalized folks on it. One of her core values is uplifting the people around her so that they can feel loved, supported and valued. In her free time, she sleeps.

Title: Full Spectrum Doula

Jai (she/they) is a Black, queer, muva, educator, advocate, nature enthusiast and full spectrum doula envisioning futures and pathways forward rooted in Black imagination; while centering radical pleasure, community care and love.

Their work as a doula is to guide folks in shifting the way they think about birth, loss, sex, and wellness by replacing shame with empowerment, through education and exploration. Jai is an advocate for finding pleasure through play, and their “secret” agenda is to bring wellness to the community by creating affirming and supportive spaces for people to thrive.

Title: Herbalist, Postpartum Doula, Educator

Three words to describe her…intentional fire starter. Taylor Huntley is a multi-hyphenate creative with a passion for community care. She is a full-spectrum doula with a focus on postpartum support, a spiritualist who practices ancestral reverence and the herbalist behind Mama Mangos Care- a body inclusive herbal wellness brand crafting organic tinctures, teas, and blends to support your daily holistic self-care routine.

Name: Dominique Adeniyi (she/her)

Title: Full Spectrum Doula, Student Midwife

Dominique Adeniyi is passionate about Black Maternal Health and improving birth outcomes for underserved folks in her community. She has many roles, serving as a Student midwife, Full Spectrum doula, Birth Photographer, and Program Administrator for a local nonprofit organization. However, most importantly she is a dedicated member of the birth worker community. As a mother who experienced her own birth traumas, Dominique has found healing by actively uplifting and empowering Black birthing folks. Her mission is to create a safe space for expectant parents to receive empowerment, support, education and nurturing care.
